Clean room, powerful air conditioning, call me before cleaning room, have everything you need, especially in the bathroom.

No cold water for the shower, noisy people/staff on the hallway, noisy air conditioning

I liked most the spacious room that almost felt like a studio, since it features a kitchen with a stocked (with a variety of drinks) fridge. The old city center surrounded by the moat is nearby, just as some cool bars. The surroundings of the bar are really nice.

Breakfast was not so good. I've seen no fruits and whatever time I came, 7:45, 8:45 or 9:30, nearly all warm choice was finished or about to. Today, with 35 degrees already at breakfast time, a chicken dish was already cold. Rice, soups and freshly baked eggs were never a problem though.

A good location in the centre of the city but you will still need transport for most things, its a big city. Room was large, firm but comfy mattress, plenty of storage, breakfast area, nice bathroom, balcony with sink, I did dome hand laundry. The gym was well stocked with free weights and lifting machines. Pool was OK. Breakfast was usual fare of thai food or eggs with toast. Cereal cheap and not good. But the redtsursnt had good Thai menu at reasonable prices. 7/11 nearby. Walk in price cheaper than booking online. Overall I thought the hotel was slightly overpriced.

A fee small things but these are important and I felt spoilt my stay. Hotel is located just off a main road with 2 small access roads into parking area, sign posted but it is easy to miss. Room is advertised with safe, standard rooms fo not have a safe. They wanted 200b to upgrade. Zero English speaking channel on TV. Tv was old, no HDMI slot, could not watch Netflix except on laptop. I have stayed in other Korat hotels, they manage to have such channels. Cracked floor tiles on balcony floor, sharp and dangerous. This was reported to reception. Gym had very old and poor cardio machines. Three treadmills, only one was of any use but belt slipped badly. Pool had two trees overhanging the sun lounge area. A lot of leaves in and around the pool, looked and felt derelict. Only a few loungers, two were damaged. Loungers covered in leaves. They do maintain the pool and remove leaves from pool, I saw them but the trees are winning.

Safe in room didn't work, they gave us another room, a minus point because we have phoned the hotel before to make sure there was a working safe inside the room, also no hot water in first room. When we checked out they asked us to wait to check the room to make sure we didn't steal something, we didn't feel good with that

I was there the first time about 4 years ago when it was built brand new. They had no swimming pool and no breakfast. But already that time the rooms where worth the money. Now they have a nice swimming pool and the breakfast buffet is just stunning. As per booking.com i am a frequent traveller. So i have seen many breakfast buttets. This buffet in Romyen is one of the best i have ever seen. The only minus i have to give to the clairaudience. You hear nearly everything the neigbour does and in the morning especially the banging roomdoors. But in fact i am not there to spend the morning in bed. I enjoyed the buttet and made a trip through the city then. All in all.... this hotel is worth the price you pay for.

As already written, you heare almost everything outside the room. But this is something which cannot be changed.. Nevermind...... i booked Romyen already several times and i am very pleased

Clean, comfy pillow, near shops and food.

I got a room on the 2nd floor which was a little noise from outside, their restaurant and the small fountain next to the room.

We had dinner in the outdoor area and the food was good and the prices excellent. The free breakfast was adequate.

The barman at the outdoor area was not attentive to his customers. He had his head down looking at his phone. You had to call him to get service. Although location was off the road and quiet there were not any restaurants and shops close by.

Good size room. Comfortable bed and decent shower. Staff are really friendly and very helpful. Short walk to main square.

No complaints. Would happily stay again.

Very convenient location close to old town.

Towel rack fell off the wall on first day. 'Rain shower' shower head fell on my head while I had a shower.

Actually i have no complain. It worth more than 8.3. We are used to stay in 8.5+ 9+... And some don't reach our hopes, so we are not even good customer lol. Even the bed doesn't feel like wood :o

Nice hotel in the centre of Khorat, perfect for exploring the city and surroundings. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The bus station can be reached by taxi/songthaew in 10-15 minutes and so are the 2 main malls. The room was new, well furnished, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice, with lots of choices and an on-demand egg station. We had dinner several evenings and the food was very nice. The pool was great for our kids to splash around and cool down. They offer Thai massage, but we didn't use it. Wifi was one of the best we had while in Thailand.
